When I saw this happen, I had only the vaguest idea of who and what it was all about.

After years of considering existentialism something one read about in books written by dead people, or discussed in cafes, I had my first realization that instead of living with it’s weight, some people we’re embracing the existential burn full on … and finding great strength from doing so.

It was one of the most thrilling expansive experiences in my life. It embraced the storm furiously with both hands, yet left a mindful calm understanding in it’s wake.
