		<description>Great quote from Sterling and he is bang-on; and the industry is racing to get to those markets as fast as they can.  Mobile phones are the closest things to computers that many people in underdeveloped nations have access to and, to your point, they don't need to be able to read or write to use them or to have phone change their lives in significant ways.
