3 Days In London - Day 1

MGL and I are in London for 3 days. Brilliant! Snappies.

What I Would Like to Know More About the Netherlands

» Are the recent assassinations of Pim Fortuyn the Parliament Member and Theo Van Gogh the movie director, and the current threats on PM Ayaan Hirsi Ali and anyone else that has publicly stated they are not in agreement with the tenets of Islam a true threat to Holland’s deep respect for tolerance of all [...]

6 Days In Amsterdam - Day 6

Chris Hooper and his wife Melanie hosted us for the last two days. Their employer rents then a 200 year old canal house that was a working warehouse until 1979. You can still see where the pull ropes wore deep groves into the beams.
We even got to go out on their boat for a [...]

What I Truly Enjoy About Amsterdam

6 Days In Amsterdam - Day 4 - Blooming, full on!

6 Days In Amsterdam - Day 3

MGL and I are in Amsterdam right now.
Here are some pictures if you’d like to see them.

In fact getting to read the user reviews may be the best part of the [...]

Dogster and Catster Are Now A 100,000+ Community!

Seriously pinch me! I never expected this would happen 18 months ago.
Dogster grew out of such a simple idea. In 2003 when I was working on a much smaller photo project called FleetingImage.org (you can see a mini-viewer for it I made for it in the sidebar of this site) I realized that Molly was [...]

SimNuke: Simulated Nuclear Explosion

   p_cred: Glenn Campbell
The SimNuke Project is an amazingly audacious, insane and mindful endeavor by a group of hardened Bay Area and Burning Man metal and fire artists to portray the closest thing to a nuclear event that most anyone could experience. And it will be unleashed exactly 60 years to the second after the world’s [...]
