		<description>"Avuncular" -- excellent :)

As to the cost of WordPress, there will never be one. The main reason for Wordpress to develop a "commercial" arm, is to ensure this stays the way it is -- free as in beer, spirit, code, and mind. At one point, we kinda discovered, that a lot of work that has been done on WordPress has never gone back into the open product. Developed by third parties, which had the errors and omissions insurance, the letterhead, and the price list, that code could have been written by us and benefitted the community as well as the client.

It helps to know, that the two organizations we modeled the company after, are the Mozilla and Apache Foundations.</description>
